William & Kathleen Kiang have lived in South Orange County since 1975. They have two sons, Eric and Jason, and a daughter, Lauren. William speaks 3 dialects of Chinese: Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghai dialect. Of course, he also speaks excellent English! He graduated from the University of Kansas (yes, a Jayhawker!) with a BS in Architectural Engineering. Kathleen is Japanese American but sadly cannot speak a word of Japanese...English only please. She graduated from UCLA with a BA in English Literature and an MA in Education.
